Topic: School Newsletter
Learning Goals: To differentiate between a newsletter and a newspaper. To report events both previous and upcoming and to design an interesting newsletter.
Learning Outcome: Students presented a colourful newsletter with events of 2018-2019 and planned events for 2019-2020 to celebrate School’s 160th Years.
Grade 7 A/B/C (AKU) and 7 D/E (CAIE)
Topic: Cracking the “L” Code
Learning Goals: To understand the importance of language and translation.
Learning Outcome: Students wrote and recited translation of selected pieces of literature in different languages.
Grade 8 A/B/C (AKU) and 8 D/E (CAIE)
Topic: Roller Coaster of Cause and Effect.
Learning Goals: To understand how an effect of one event becomes the cause of another.
Learning Outcome: The project was an integration of History and Geography. The students used their analytical skills to determine the Causes and Effects of events.
