Primary Educational Trips – December 2019

  • ENGLISH BISCUIT FACTORY

Students of Grade 4 A/B/C visited the English Biscuit Factory, makers of Peek Freans Biscuits on Wednesday 4th December 2019 where the students were shown the process of biscuit manufacturing.

  • STORY TELLING SESSION

On 9th December 2019 Oxford University Press conducted a story telling session for students of Grades 1 & 2 (all sections).  Ms. Sehrish Christopher from OUP conducted a bilingual story telling session using props and later asked the students to fill in an activity sheet on the story told.

  • PAKISTAN BEVERAGES LIMITED FACTORY

On Tuesday 10th December 2019 students of Grade 5A/B/C visited the Pakistan Beverages Limited Factory manufacturers of Pepsi Cola to perceive the process of making beverages.

  • KARACHI ZOOLOGICAL GARDEN

The students of Grades 1 & 2 (all sections) went to the Karachi Zoological Gardens on 11th December 2019 to study the habitats of different living creatures and had a great time taking rides in the train and merry go round and being treated with a bag of hot yummy popcorn.

  • NATIONAL MUSEUM

The students of Grades 3 A/B/C went to the National Museum and had a look at the ancient monuments beautifully displayed at the museum, thus enhancing their learning with basic objectives of cultural heritage in a meaningful way.

  • VAN DRIVERS’ DAY

On 12th December 2019, our young students of Grade 3 (all sections) showed their gratitude to their Van driver uncles who bring them safely and on time to school each morning and take them back home safe and sound.  Our Grade 3 students along with their teachers, Principal and Head mistress and the van drivers went to Frere Hall to enjoy the beautiful morning.  At the Frere Hall the students expressed their gratitude through speeches, songs and mini skits.  Each van driver was gifted a warm muffler and treated with a hearty breakfast for all the efforts put in by them for our students. This morning brought big smiles on everyone’s faces.
