Bai Virbaiji Soparivala Parsi High School proudly held its first-ever Online Career Pathway Session for students of Grades 8 (AβE) on Saturday, 11th October, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
This pioneering session was conducted to help young Virbaijeeites explore diverse career opportunities, understand the evolving professional trends of the 21st century, and make informed academic and career choices for a successful future.
It is a moment of great pride that the session was conducted by our very own Past Virbaijeeites β distinguished alumni who returned to share their experiences, insights, and journeys to inspire their juniors.
The session was held on the Google Meet platform and witnessed the participation of nearly 100 attendees, including students, parents, and teachers. In total, 13 Past Virbaijeeites and 14 speakers shared their valuable thoughts, addressing the academic and career-related concerns of the eighth graders and their parents.

The On-Campus Virbaijeeites conducted the session live from the School premises, while the Online Virbaijeeites connected from their respective destinations β a proud display of unity, collaboration, and the enduring Virbaijeeite spirit that bridges generations.
The Moderator of the Career Pathway Session was Mr. Aazar Fredrick Wilson (Senior Coordinator), who looked after the entire session with dedication and coordination.
Thanks also to Mrs. Diana Randeria and Mrs. Sofia Nasir Ali (Secondary and Cambridge Heads respectively) for their presence during the meeting.
Special thanks to our Principal, Mrs. Mehernaz Bharucha , whose vision and leadership made it possible to conduct this session online and on such a large scale.
Mr. Karim Hashwani provided technical support, Mrs. Sobia Zeeshan offered GCR support, and Mr. Jamshed Patel managed logistics arrangements for the On-Campus Virbaijeeites.
During the session, a Google Form was shared with students and parents to collect their questions. This ensured the Career Pathway Session ran smoothly and all concerns were addressed efficiently.
At the end of the speakersβ presentations, the Q&A responses were taken up and discussed in detail.
Following the session, a Feedback Form was also shared, which was filled enthusiastically by students and parents.
The responses reflected their appreciation and highlighted how much they had learned from this insightful and interactive session.
