Online School Fee Payment Process

Dear parents/guardians
The school fee for the month of APRIL 2024 (for classes 1-8 All Sections & 9CAM-DE, and from APRIL to JULY 2024 (for Classes 9-ABC, 10-ABC, 10CAM-DE, & 11CAM-DE , have been generated and available for payment. We have emailed the student fee Voucher to your registered email address. alongwith a separate SMS message which will provide a link to download your son’s fee Voucher.
Like the previous months, the parents/guardians have the option of making the payment either via online payment through the Alfa Apps option or by directly depositing the fees into Alfalah bank. Please NOTE that STRICTLY the above two payment modes should be used and any other direct transfer / payment would not be acceptable without proper paid fee voucher being provided to school as per below mentioned school e-mail address.
The school considering the parent’s inconvenience in collecting the monthly fee voucher has initiated the process of emailing the student fee voucher to your registered email address. A separate SMS message following this message would be forwarded to you providing a link access to download your son’s fee voucher. In case the email access is not accessible for any reason, kindly forward request to email address accounts@bvsparsischool.edu.pk with complete student information.
For your convenience and safety, the school has taken the step of collecting the fees online through Alpha Apps and would appreciate it very much if the parents and guardians would convert towards this method of payment.
To assist you in using the Alfa Apps we have forwarded you a step by step process guideline and video which is again being attached for your reference. Along with this, the school has set up an Alfa stall on the school premises where Alfalah bank representative during school timings would provide guidance to the parents for making fee payment through the Alfa App. Also, you can call our bank representative Mr. Zaheer Anwer on 0333-7842727 for assistance and guidance. Kindly ensure while using the Alfa Apps mode the Roll Number stated in the Apps is the student’s Fee Registration Number (FR No.) as noted on your fee voucher copy. We would appreciate it very much if the parents/guardians would avail the online payment facilities.
Please note the Due Date of payment of fee for APRIL 2024 is 22nd April 2024 (Validity Date 29th April, 2024) and fee from APRIL 2024- JULY 2024 is 8th July 2024 (Validity Date 22nd July 2024) the Fee voucher can be collected from the school during school timing. After the due date, late payment charges Rs. 1,000/-will be charged and the Fees voucher will not be accepted by the bank after its stated validity date.
