BVS Parsi High School informs the Alumni of the sad and untimely demise of Mr. Hunaid Hussain Lakhani, Past Virbaijeeite graduate 1990. Not only was he the Chairman of Iqra University but was a great philanthropist. A graduate of the Harvard Business School, he took over the Iqra University in 1998. He went into construction sector too. But his passion was the social sector where he was instrumental in the working of Iqra Sweet Home Foundation. The foundation provided homes to the earthquake affectees of 2005. Provided vocational training to youth and provided relief and set up camps for 2010,2011,2020 and the recent flood victims.
May his soul rest in peace. May his family have the fortitude to bear his absence.
He will be missed by his school friends, his colleagues, his teachers and all those whose hearts he touched.
