Dear Parents and Guardians,
You are cordially invited to attend the Orientation Meeting for Grades 2 to 5 (Parents ONLY) for the upcoming academic year (2026-2027) on Thursday 30th July, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. sharp in the School’s Ground.
The orientation aims to introduce you to the curriculum, campus facilities, faculty members, rules and regulations.
Attendance is Mandatory for all parents.
NOTE:
- All new admission parents must bring in the Section 2 Forms given in the student’s manual at the time of admission, duly completed, along with the student’s blood group card (mandatory), two passport size photos of the student in BVS school uniform and Rs. 250/- for school’s permanent I.D card. The class teacher of each section will collect the same and hand over the student’s Chronicle / Health Care Form and other required documents.
- It is mandatory for all Parents of Grade 5 A/B/C to attend this Orientation Meeting as they will be briefed on the selection of Cambridge Examination and the Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKUEB) and the “Undertaking Forms” for the same will also be distributed on the same day.
- We shall begin promptly at 08:30 a.m. and hope to see you all seated in the school ground by 8:15 a.m. sharp.
- This orientation meeting is for Parents only. No students / relatives / siblings will be allowed inside the school premises. Please do not bring infants with you as you too will not be allowed to enter the school premises.
- First day of school for Grades 2 to 5 (Primary) will be on Wednesday 5th August, 2026 from 7:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
- All new admission students to please wait in the school’s waiting area for assistance into their new classes.
