Dear Parents and Guardians,
You are cordially invited to attend the Orientation Meeting for Grade 1A/B/C Parents ONLY for the upcoming academic year (2026-2027) on Friday 31st July, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. sharp in the School’s Indoor Games Area.
The orientation aims to introduce you to the curriculum, campus facilities, faculty members, rules and regulations.
Attendance is Mandatory for all new parents of Grade 1 ABC ONLY.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Kindly make sure you are in the school premises by 8:15 a.m. as late comers will not be entertained.
- This orientation meeting is for Parents only. No students / relatives / siblings will be allowed. Please do not bring infants with you as you too will not be allowed to enter the school premises.
- Parents must bring in the Section 2 Forms given in the student’s manual at the time of admission, duly completed, along with the student’s blood group card (mandatory), two passport size photos of the student in BVS school uniform and Rs. 250/- for school’s permanent I.D card. The class teacher of each section will collect the same and hand over the student’s Chronicle / Health Care Form and other required documents.
- Those Parents who have not submitted the original School Leaving Certificate and Character Certificate must submit the same to the class teacher on the orientation day.
First day of school for Grade 1 A B C students will be on Thursday 6th August,2026 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. School Timings for Grade 1ABC w.e.f. Thursday 6th August, 2026 to Monday 31st August, 2026 will be as follows.
Monday to Thursday: 7:45 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.
Friday: 7:45 a.m. to 11:40 a.m.
We shall revert to normal school timings as mentioned in student’s manual w.e.f. Tuesday 1st September, 2026.
